Zwischenzug
Unlike any other Chess engine, 3D Chess Game incorporates the most challenging attempts in a number of ways. As you go along, the intelligent system works like a pro in analysing your next moves. Better watch out!
‘Playing Strength’
Proper judgment and tactic plays an important function but at least you can pick a certain level how you want the computer to outwit your schemes. Let’s first take a quick glance at the arrangements and all the others in between.
- At the start, both sides consists of (8) Pawns, (2) Knights, (2) Bishops, (2) Rooks, (1) Queen and (1) King.
- Better known as ‘Checkmate’, the object of the game is to take your opponent’s King.
- ‘Checkmate’ doesn’t happen straightaway. At any rate, both players need to think of an appropriate move to put a threat (to the King of your opponent) and to escape (your King from the opponent) and vice versa.
- Moving your piece appropriately to the right square of the chessboard (occupied by your opponent) allows you to ‘Capture’ his piece and remove it from there.
- The ‘King’ is the most significant piece and once this is ‘Captured’, the game is over. ‘King’ moves in all direction one square at a time. Keep an eye if there’s a threat coming from the other side before doing so.
- The ‘Queen’ can move from any direction and any number of squares as long as there is no piece standing on its way.
- Moving the ‘Rook’ over the pieces is not an option but you can move it vertically or horizontally in any amount of squares possible.
- As for the ‘Bishop’, it can’t skip over the pieces but you can move it diagonally in any number of squares.
- Out of all, the ‘Knight’ is the only piece that can run over the others. There are a couple of ways to move the ‘Knight’, first, it can move one square over or backward or by moving horizontally with 2 squares.
- Following this, you have to form a Letter ‘L’ in the outline of movements. The other attempt consists of moving 2 squares vertically and 1 square from either side.
- Lastly, but definitely the foremost piece to move ahead is the ‘Pawn’. At the initial attempt, you can move it 2 squares in advance. After which, start moving the ‘Pawn’ 1 square at a time.
- ‘Pawns’ can capture apiece arranged diagonally ahead of its square. Other than that, it can be raised to the ranks of a Bishop, a Knight, a Rook or a Queen if it comes near the opponent’s said members.
Intermezzo
Whether the dusty chessboard from the attic holds more meaning than the virtual games out of your pocket, the difference inevitably tumbles at the convenience of taking the game with you with little or no amount of weight.
