Set in Aelkeina, Devilian players are controlling half devil creatures that have the capability to transform into devil forms. You are initially provided with 4 class levels:

Your 4-character selection will enable you with special abilities to achieve your mission.
Battlegrounds
Battlegrounds are in PvP mode and there are 3 types:
- 20 vs. 20 require that you hold the land in order to gain points.
- 6 vs. 6 PvE modes, where you are required to enter dungeons to slay bosses.
- 3 vs. 3 Is simply a death match.
Zone takeover
A zone takeover involves your being part of a guild and battling for control. You can also contribute by contributing points. Once you gave taken over a zone you must keep it to improve your stats. You will be battled for your zone many times. Zone takeover battles are harder than other battles because it involves hundreds of online players.
